Limo/Party Bus - Rental by the hour

I am sure this question has been asked a million times and sorry for asking yet again. Are there any of the limo/bus rental companies that rent by the hour or allow you to split the 2 hour minimum that most of them seem to have? I need to transport my guests from one end of the strip to the other end for my reception and I know it will not take one hour let alone two.

    I believe Bell Trans rents by the hour w/out 2 hr. min.

    Yes I booked earth limos.  We are doing a pick and drop from caesars to paris...I know its right across the street but there's elderly and plus a treat.  Then Earth party bus is picking us up to take us back to caesars but also a short LV strip tour.  The prices were good, no minimums, no surprises, tips included.  Hopefully all goes well!
