  Fairfax County Parks & Rec has some historical sites for rent:  http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/parks/hprs/
  
  There's a discount if you or someone in your family is a county resident.  I know PG county has a similar service, and I'm sure other counties do too.

  You've got plenty of time. I wouldnt stress out. What do you man by unique, unusual, different, odd? What's your theme? Why dont we start from there.

  I don't think I have a theme necessarily.  My colors are deep red (not burgundy) black and white.  I like the vintage feel to a point and by odd/unique/unusual I mean something you might not even consider "wedding-ish"  I'll go somewhere creepy or off the wall.  I want the Twilight feel, as in forest and mystery..and the feelings that the books envoke.  Yes I'm a nerd for planning my wedding like this but thats ok :-D  lol
