Name Change

Anyone do this in Philadelphia? We got our marriage license at City Hall and it was easy.   Let me make sure I have this straight.  All I have to bring is my marriage licence to SS and the DMV, right?  What is the charge?

    no charge at SS office.  Just fill out the form ahead of time.  You can get it on the SS website.  I haven't gotten a new license yet (oops, it's been 6 months).

    THanks.  I just filled it out there.  It was perfect b/c by the time I was done, I was called up.  It was SUPER easy.  The DMV felt like it took forever but now it's over with.  NOw I just have to change my passport by the end of December.  The rest, I'm taking my time with.  I have time on WEdnesdays during the afternoon so I"ll prob spend the next few Wednesdays making phone calls and bringing my marriage license to my different banks.
