I apologize if this has been asked before, but I can't recall, so I thought I would start a post!
What jewelry are you planning to wear on your wedding day?
If you have any fun pieces picked out, please post pictures!!
I am currently trying to figure out what my game plan is. I usually love necklaces, but my gown is one-shouldered, and I am afraid a necklace would look odd.
I am considering having my wedding day gift from fiance be a nice blingy pair of earrings, and I might order myself a fun bracelet.
Re: Wedding Day Jewelry?
here are pictures that are very similar to them.
I will probably purchase those and a dainty bracelet because I'm contemplating doing a very skinny belt with my dress to add a little something extra and don't want to overdo it.
What do you guys think?

Opinions? Be honest.
For bmaids, I am buying them these to wear: http://pinterest.com/pin/112801165636715674/
Edited with picture of earrings from Saks.
[QUOTE]@Bridetobe I think that because you have so much going on on the bottom half of your dress I think the belt might be too much. I love your earrings though.

Thanks for the opinion! I've been going back and forth. I may try one on when the dress comes in, just to see how it looks, but I will probably not end up wearing one.
PS when i was a newbie poster i remember seeing your dress and drooling over how gorgeous it was. seeing the picture again now reminded me of that. sooo gorgeous. also i LOVE LOVE LOVE those earrings from saks. who is the designer? i have been looking for something similar to those!
ceglare thanks for the feedback! i agree, sparkly earrings and no necklace will look best, i think, with the one shouldered dress. i love your earrings too, i just favorited that seller on etsy!
I agree no necklace with a 1 strap dress. Just do earrings and a bracelet.
Not sure how I feel about the belt with the dress I think your dress is pretty enough and has enough stuff going on with it.
[QUOTE]bridetobe, i think you need to just try on the belt with your dress. i am also worried that it MIGHT be too much going on, but it seems like the belt is super skinny, so it might be a nice small splash of "bling". i would really want to see how it looked on the dress before i decided one way or the other! The designer is Adriana Orsini (<a href="http://www.saksfifthavenue.com/main/ProductDetail.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374306424222&PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524446233778&R=664293150998&P_name=Adriana+Orsini&N=306424222&bmUID=jmFdhsh" title="link" rel="nofollow">here's the link</a>). When I tried them on in Saks, they were literally the perfect length. She lady (obviously trying to make a sale) told me they were the "Saks wedding earrings" because she sells these daily to brides.
FI bought me a Swarovski bracelet for my bday this past year for the wedding and my mom bought me this necklace at Christmas also for the wedding:
My earrings will probably very simple because I have lots of bling going on so far.
I am wearing a matching earing and necklace set that my parenst bought me just for the wedding:
And then I found a really great silver and pearl bracelet that I bought at a local store

I love those!!!!!
I'm also wearing my mother's vintage diamond Hamilton watch (something old) that FI had restored for me a while ago as well as her blue diamond ring (something blue) which was the first ring my father ever gave her. She passed away 11 years ago so I want to incorporate as much of her jewelry as I can. I will more than likely use one of my sister's necklaces (something borrowed), but not totally sure yet. I can't really decide on that until I have the dress in hand.
Xobride, I love that earrings tie in with your theme!
