Guys. I'm going out of my mind bored. There is no one in the office, and nothing that I'm working on is time sensitive right now.

Should have stayed home today. GAH.

I dragged my butt to the doc yesterday to find out I have a sinus and respiratory infection. So now I'm on meds and I got a new inhaler. I do feel a bit better than yesterday but I'm going to ask if I can go home around noon to get some rest and avoid getting sicker, especially since this place is a freaking germ house.

I am totes jeal that H has off tomorrow and will be going with his mom and sister to costco. I fracking love costco and we have so many good coupons that I want to use. I made a list for him but I feel like he is going to get the wrong kind of tampons and the wrong kind of laundry detergent and stuff.

I've never been to Costco, but I used to love going to Sams Club when I was younger. They sold these huge tubs of chocolate-covered raisins and my mom would buy one as a treat for us kids.

Now I have a craving for them. And Skittles (that one is your fault, habs).

I had a membership to Costco and went exactly one time. That sucked. I didn't pay for it though, maybe if it were my own money I'd have tried harder. Plus the only Costco in Columbus at the time was really in an inconvenient place.

The best time to go to costco is when they have all of the samples going. Plus our produce section is awesome. I got the best blueberries there last time we went.

Oh man, the free samples are the best. Our Winn-Dixie has started doing this and it's amazing, especially when they are giving out ice cream samples.

Price Club was the best. Friday afternoons had the most samples. I wish there was a Costco near by so I could have a membership.

H has caved, and we're proceeding with the purchase. Woot!

Yup, that's a fully functional, a-okay (according to the inspector) balcony on the second floor. It's off the master bedroom and one other bedroom.

I'm still debating over color palette. I used to like sage, light gold, and cream, but since we're in such a warm climate, I was thinking of cooler colors like blues and grays. I don't know! I think I need to start snooping on everyone's house sections in Pinterest for ideas.

I'd love to paint our house (interior). But I don't know what color. Some shade of green, maybe. Or a textured gray.

I'm excited because soon we are putting in curtains. They will be a dark red, which matches perfectly with our couch and entertainment center. I'm hoping they give the living and dining room a more elegant and inviting look that the ugly white vertical blinds just don't offer.

I was thinking about a pale gray for the exterior. I contemplated a green too, but the next door neighbor is olive green, would that clash too much?
