I have Zumba for my Wii also. I love it. And then I have my Wii fit. I also try to eat healthy. I'm not big but for me to fit my dress in the size that was ordered I can't gain anything so for me it's just trying to maintain my weight.
I'm doing TurboFire. It's fairly new and from the makers of TurboJam, P90x, Insanity and BodyGospel (which I need to try) It's very intense but I love it! Im also a big fan of protien shakes and special K snacks! I just want to lose some thighs, tone my abs and have Angela Bassett arms by May!
I am running 3 days a week, pilates 1 to 2 days a week and changed breakfast to protein shakes instead of fast food. Cutting out pasta (My downfall) and replacing with cauliflower, actually not too bad. Can only eat out for lunch once a week. For lunch when I make it, tuna salad with cottage cheese chick peas and some sort of viniagrette dressing.
FI doesn't cook so he will be eating the same thing. LOL
Zumba on dvd (didn't know they had it for the Wii!!!), yoga coupla times a week and evening walk with FI and sons. The doc just put me on the DASH diet and I can see the weight coming off eating that way, plus lots and LOTS of water.

I go to pilates twice a week for 90 minutes and I try and fit in some cardio and walking. My mom and I are supposed to start going to a zumba class, but we haven't made it yet.
I am doing deep water aerobics and have been doing it on and off for the last few years. I also do spin classes and zumba. Of course jumping in front of the television with my daughters is not a bad deal either. We get our MJ experience on that way.
