Did a little strength work last night, then got distracted by the chance to visit with my baby nephew lol so I guess last night was more an off night than anything - Ooops lol
I was quite proud of myself on my food choices though, we went out for dinner with some friends and they chose this place that's like over the top grill... one of those places where you can get burgers in 4, 6 and 8 lbs options lol I chose the vegetable and spinach lasagnia with a house salad as a side and water to drink

Turkey pepperoni is the best! Turkey pep with humus and pita chips/pretzels crisps are my go to snack. I just have to put it on a plate though because if I sit there with the whole bag of bag of pretzel crisps and turkey pepperoni....game over!
I was planning on running today, but my body is screaming for an actual rest day (you know, one where I don't actually work for 12 hours?) so tonight I'm going to eat steak, drink wine, and watch TV.
