    Mara, my parents have had that same wood carving thing since before I was born.  They also have a shitton of little wooden goats and such to go with it.  Something about the wood makes the cats chew on it every year though.




    As far as cat proofing, we alway put the plastic crappy ornaments on the bottom.  That's the only thing they really go after, other than always wanting to sleep on the presents.

    I love it CS!  I wish i could have a door wreath.  It won't fit between the storm door and the regular door though.
