  Try Central Market or Market Street.  They both have very nice floral departments and they aren't overpriced at all!

  Ditto.  Try either place.  I had mine done at Central Market in Fort Worth and they did a wonderful job.  Ask for Claudia if you decide to use them.

  Another ditto on Central Market.  That's where I had mine made.  They did a great job!

  PS:  I had my flowers done at Market Street.  They all came out beautifully!  Bill has bought me flowers several times from Central Market though and they were beautiful as well.
