HELP! Where should I have my DIY garden wedding?

I'm a newly engaged bride looking for a venue for our June 2011 wedding and I love the idea of having a DIY garden wedding! Does anyone know of a garden in the Columbus, Ohio area that we can have our wedding? It would be around 50 people...

Thanks in advance for your help!

There's the Park of Roses off of High Street.  If you're willing to make a little drive, Dawes Aboretum in Newark, Ohio is really pretty and I knew they do weddings there -- very DIY.  :)  Good luck!

If you're not tied to Columbus there is a great place called the Shultz Mansion in Zanesville, OH. They have a beautiful garden area with fountain and and then they allow you to either use the house or the carriage house for the reception. Both were very pretty but it was just too far from our ceremony venue and didn't hold enough ppl for us (i believe it only holds about 100).

Not sure  what part of town, but there is a beautiful gazebo in Grove City- Home  Road.

I'm not sure if weddings are held there or not, but Inniswoods Park in Westerville is really pretty as well.

Kelton House has a fantastic garden and venue space. It has a courtyard on the side and an indoor area as well and it's perfect for smaller weddings.
