  • Morning!  I have "big" plans for the weekend.  Finish needlepoint Christmas stocking for DH, grocery shopping, and hanging pictures.  I'm hoping to stay on plan, since it's just me in the house and I don't have any plans to see anyone else.

    Brunch:  leftover ribs (3) and chicken and shrimp cajun alfredo (6)
    D: steak (5) bread (2) salad (3) brandy old fashioned (3)

    Total: 22
    Target: 21

    E: 1 hr elliptical

  • Afternoon. Hopefully this keeps me on track this weekend. Have a good day everyone!

    B - egg on english muffin w/ LC wedge and 3 slices honey ham
    L - lavash wrap w/ grilled chicken, grilled veggies, spinach and 1 slice mozzarella; .5 oz. bbq pop chips
    S - lt caramel apple
    D - stuffed chicken breast w/ wild rice, 1 c. 1% milk
    S - mini pumpkin muffins if i get off my butt to make them

    E - 1 hr. Zumba class, 1.5 mile run

    B- kashi cereal bar and cheese stick
    L- half order of boneless spare ribs and steamed white rice
    S- energy drink (I am dragging today)
    D- smart one and extra veggies

    E- 1 hour jog, going to use FI total body gym if I can find some good exercises online I can't find the exercise book that comes with it.

    I just woke up from a nap, otherwise my Saturday would have been bad.

    B: coffee with almond milk, oatmeal with almond milk
    L: veggie burger with spinach, tomato, onion, and avocado. 3 of FI's light chips
    S: pineapple
    D: blueberry waffle with more blueberries on top and light syrup, veggie sausage (maybe)
    S: peas and carrots

    E: BL Cardio Max L1 and p90x ab ripper
