Help With Day of Timeline

Ok, so a little bit of backround....

I'm getting my hair done by FI's aunt and she is also doing my BMs hair - Also getting my makeup done in Worcester - Then we are heading to the ceremony/reception site (Stow Acres CC) going to get there around 2PM.

FI is getting ready in Millbury (one town over from Worcester) at his Dad's house and then going to be @ Stow for around 2:30.

Originally, I was going to have our photographer go to FI's Dad's house, take pictures of the boys, and then meet up with us @ Stow because I'm not overly concerned with having pictures of my hair and makeup done.....However, I'm not leavning towards our photographer just meeting up with us @ Stow - Take pictures of me getting ready, pics with BMs, etc etc and then around 2:45 take pictures of the guys stuff like that. Plus I want FMIL to be able to take some pictures with FI and I want to take pictures with my Dad and it just might be awkward for our photographer to go from Millbury to Stow, haha.

I just need some encouragement before I go bonkers! hah

    Honestly, we have pics of the guys getting ready too, but they really aren't anything special.  The just put on their tuxes and they're ready!  I also didn't have them come when I had my hair done.  They showed up at the CC and started with pics of me getting ready and then took pics of us seeing each other for the first time, etc.  Does that make sense?

    my DH and I got ready at the actual ceremony/reception venue but in different hotel rooms... i had our photog meet with me to take pictures of me getting ready and then just literally go in the guys room for 10 minutes or so...

    We didn't do they guys, they got the shaft ;)

    We just had the photog head to the church early and take pics of them there handing out programs and chilling with Mike in the back vesitbule. They were still pretty cute.

    haha yeah, I told FI what I wanted to do and he was all like "Good, I didn't really want to do the other thing" Thanks, I love you too! Silly boys!

    We didn't have the guys getting ready either.  H wanted it that way.  The photographer met the boys in the lobby where they actually were putting the finishing touches of getting ready so we got a few shots there...it seemed to work out well!

    We are not having photos taken of the guys getting ready either.  The photographer is coming to my mother's house where the BMs & I are getting ready and then leaving in time to meet the guys at the church to take a few photos before the ceremony.

    I have two photographers with unlimited coverage. one will meet the boys in the morning and the other one will be with me getting ready. I have seen their work and some of the ones of the guys getting ready are priceless!

    I just helped my best friend arrange her photos for her wedding album and she didn't end up using any of the boys getting ready. There was one of the groom straightening his tie and one of a bridesmaid pinning on his buttoneer and one of the guys walking into the church together, and I thought it looked great. Don't stress :)

    ooo... and if you are giving him a gift you will probably want to make sure the photographer is around to capture that, but I think all of those things can happen while they are at your ceremony site pretty easily.
