  although i'm doing fuschia/silvery gray, i have seen weddings with pink and gold and it is very pretty..just type in pink and gold wedding boards on google. that should bring up some images.

  Why not incorporate gold into your original plan of lavendar and pink? I think that would be very classy and elegant if done right!

  I'm also doing gold (champagne) and ivory and like Boston Bride, I thought about adding pink and having a "pink champagne" theme.  So personally I like the pink and gold idea.  Also I have seen gold done with the very bright pink, like fuscia.

  Gold's a neutral color, so keep the lavender and pink if you want. Or ask FI what he thinks.

  I think lavendar and pink would still be beautiful with gold dresses.  Even more classy, actually.  Just have them carry pink and lavendar bouquets.  And, btw, Boston Bride's bio is totally gorgeous, so definitely check it out for inspiration.
