I need some advice on this situation. Here is some background:
It's been 3 months since we've had our e-pics taken. Our photographer took about a week to get them all edited and put on her proof website. I emailed her a few days after and asked about STDs and a copy of all the images on a cd because I planned to get STDs out with Christmas cards.
She emailed me about 3 weeks later and told me how much the cd and STDs would be. I emailed her back immediately to tell her I would send a check in the mail for the STDs and cd and to tell me what all she needed for the STDs.
About two weeks later she emailed me back and said what she needed. I wrote back immediately and explained what I wanted. A week later she said she would work on it the next day. That was a week ago.
I am to the point that if this drags on any longer that STDs will be pointless. I have tried not to be annoying but I have left a post on her fb wall asking her if she received my check. I called her cellphone but it went straight to her voicemail which is full. So i resorted to calling her studio and left a message.
I really enjoy her as our photographer and she is an awesome person. I understand she has kids in sports in high school but I think I have given ger the benefit of the doubt long enough. Her communication is terrible. I have no idea what to do from here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
