    OK OK.  I'm here for like a second.  I agree with Rebecca.  Put it in as far as it can go at let the ooey gooey stuff go straight down your throat.  Last time I did it I couldn't swallow but I didn't want to run to the bathroom...I spit it back out on Andrew!!!  HAHAHAHA.  It wouldn't fall out by itself so I had to push it out and it made the weirdest noiseing at both the noise!  He was laugh at both the noise and me sptting it out.
