  It's easier to just buy it but I can't find it anywhere So if I don't find it, it'll have to be a DIY.

  I agree with pp, you could try etsy if you want to buy it. Lots of knotties has bought garters from there. If all else fails try the fabric stores.

  OMG I LOVE IT!!! and it matches our wedding colors!!!! I think I'm going to buy it & then find a little hanging thing of a record & earphone. YAY!!!!

  Search on etsy for "music brooch" and a bunch of brooches come up.  You can look for music themed buttons or brooches to add to your garter. HTH!
