What DIY projects is everyone doing? I am currently working on our card box.

I literally just finished up with our invites. They need to be sealed and mailed on the 10th of Aug. I am in the middle of making DD's kissing ball. After that I am going to make stickers to put on all the votives. I also need to figure out what I am doing for uploading photo instructions. And then the biggest project of all is going to be making 1500 buckeyes!!!

My Veil!!!!! It's a chapel length drop veil. Almost finished. Just have to add a few more crystals (I think). I need input though because I haven't had anyone to show, except FI.

The question is...what am I NOT diy'ing! -Invitations-STDs (sort of)-Photoshare cards-Favors and tags-Menu cards-Programs-Centerpieces-Cheesecake buffet-Guest book (golf flag)-Table names-Escort cards-Memorial candle-Flowergirl basket I think that's it.

OMG! My DIY veil was lying flat on the dining room table... I just got home, my dog got all sorts of excited and took off running under the table and caught the end of it on the toy he had in his mouth and dragged my veil through the kitchen! AHHHHHHHHH. No hole but I think my heart stopped for a minute!

You all will think I'm crazy but I am SOOO excited to start DIY projects! The problem is that I don't have any yet! If anyone can think of anything fun for me to do this early in the game, let me know.

1. Invites and labels (my friend and I designed them then uploaded it onto vista print) 2. Centerpieces (Apothocary Jars with twigs, pears, and moss inside) 3. Table Numbers (bought wood frames for only a $1 each, stained them, and printed off numbers from my computer) 4. napkins ( barn wedding so I purchased by own napkins to go along with feel and color of wedding and using twine to tie them up. 5. Ring Bearer basket/pillow (using twig basket and filled with moss and a bird attached to the ledge of basket 6. Programs 7. Cd Favors (bought cds, bought labels, bought covers, and tied ribbon around it) 8. Assigned Tables - Will be using a "cork board covered in burlap and making name tags for each guest with ribbon attached (hard to imagine? I know, but it's very rustic) ... ughhhhh. I think that is it. I have most of this done but I still have lots of little things to do and I hope I can get everything done on time!!!

"DD's kissing ball" is the little ball of flowers that some flowergirls carry instead of a basket. And DD means "Dear Daughter"

You got it! I am making her a kissing ball. That way she can't pick the flowers off!!! I am thinking ahead!
