    If you are offering meal choices, don't forget a way to keep track of meals!  Keep in mind, couples might not (actually probably wont) choose the same thing.  A lot of the time they think "You get this, I'll get that and we can each try both."  I don't have a great way to do this but this was feedback from my friend's wedding last December.  She ended up having to go back and call people and find out what they each wanted to eat.Anyone have a good way to get this info on the response card?

    ive received one where they printed the options and the responder circles or puts a check or a number by the one they want

    We just did ours for meal options and this is what it looked like: (hopefully this turns out)... _____________________ __chicken __ Beef __ Vegetarian _____________________ __chicken __Beef ___ Vegetaria The guests write their name and their meal option next to their name.

    PIB (Planning) of ours.They worked out well.  We asked people for guests' names, what they wanted to eat, when they wree coming into town, and where they were staying (for OOT box purposes).

    The pleasure of your reply is requested by April 15.Mr. and Mrs John Smith ____ joyfully accept and    ___ are requesting rooms on campus.    ___ will be staying in town.___With deepest regrets must decline.*We are having the invitees names printed right on the cards.  That way there is less chance of "and guest" being squeezed in.  :)
