Sarah: When I flew last fall, it was $15 for the first bag and $25 for the 2nd. I couldn't believe that I had to pay $40 to check my bags. And they were charging for drinks, so I didn't take one. I heard that some airlines are contemplating charging people to use the restrooms on board. Ridiculous.
