I dont know why, but all the talk about STD's and guest lists being cut made me wonder:How many people did you PLAN to invite when you gist became engaged?How many people did you actually invite?How many people attended?

We planned to invite 40 to the ceremony, and 200 to the reception. That is also how many we invited. all 40 attended the wedding, about 150 at the reception.

We initially planned for 25 ppl. We will be actually inviting 50 to the cereony and approx. 160 to the reception. Too far out for this part.

Planned on staying under 150 in the beginning, ended up inviting 160 even.....not sure how many will come, invites just went out monday, Yay! If I had to guess, I'd say about 120 or less will attend, but its too soon to know. We can afford it either way so no worries. :-)

100 when we were first engaged. STDs went out to 170? (Venue & our budget could accommodate that #, so I won't be posting in 5 months about how to cut down my list). My guess is we'll have around 120.

When we first got engaged we planned on inviting 285. Which is one of the reasons why we chose a DW. We've invited 150 to join us in Hawaii, so far 37 have booked trips. Yay!! I didn't think that many would be able to!

We planned on invited about 100-150 people. Once we whittled down our guest list to those we really wanted to invte, we sent invites for about 95 people. We had 75, or so, RSVP yes, and 72 in attendance.

I figured about 150 when we first started planning. We ended up inviting 162 and we had about 120 at the actual wedding.

We planned on about 200. Our guest list is at 196 right now. Our prediction is that we'll have about 130 (lots of OOT guests), but are prepared for 100% attendance.

Original plan was to invite around 80. Once we got all the family inclusions, we're around 115 right now. I am expecting since there are so many out of towners, we'll probably hit close to our original number in terms of who actually attends.

i planned to invite about 20 - our parents, siblings and their SO's. H planned to invite 350 - every person he'd ever met/was related to, and same for me. we compromised on a max of 125. we ended up inviting only 106, and abotu 74 came. in the end, i was happier with a few more there and he was much happier with fewer there. our wedding had a very intimate feel, and everyone there pretty much knew everyone else, but more importantly, both of us knew all of the guests.

How many people did you actually invite? Thanks to MIL, 270.How many people attended? Probably about 150-160. A lot of people on our list were "courtesy" invites- see above.

We wanted 100 or so.Our guest list is up to 155.We're planning on less than 130, but still have room for 100% attendance just in case the people we think aren't going to attend end up being able to come.
