I do most of the cooking for FI and I. He does help out though. As for cleaning we generally split it half and half. Some weeks he might do more and some weeks I might do more. He always does the vacuuming though.
I do most of the cooking, FI cooks one night a week and we usually have a "fix it yourself" one night as well.
FI does 95% of the dishes and I do all the sweeping and mopping. I also do the day-to-day tidying and FI takes out the garbage. We usually do laundry together and take turns cleaning the bathroom.
I cook and he usually does dishes. But I love cooking so it's ok.
Rest of the cleaning is a big battle in our house. In the apartment, FI did dishes, bathrooms and laundry. Since we got the house (last May), I've been doing it all but dishes.
FI has been away since January, but right before that, I wrote down everything I did each day, with a column for what he did beside it. I think it was eye openning for him. Since we work opposite shifts I don't think he realized what I did while he worked. He said he's going to help more when he gets home... I hope so.
We pretty much help each other as far as the cleaning. Sometimes I do more and sometimes he does more...just depends on who has what going on. Fi has to fend for himself a lot of time with food though. I work 110pm 5 days a week and that leaves him home alone.

I cook most of the time. He does the dishes (I HATE doing them!!). We split most of the house cleaning pretty evenly, though he is definitely more of a cleaning fanatic than I am. I have no complaints about FI in this department
FI is an amazing cook, his family owns a two really nice restaurants in town so he has a lot of amazing cooking skills, as he used to work there. Since he went from first shift, to second shift, I've been doign more of the cooking since he's not home from the hospital until 10:30 at night. I do the laundry and clean the bathrooms. He takes care of the wood and tile floors, mostly because I do not have the patience. I vacuum the bedrooms. He is the one in charge of our lawn (unless i want to work on my tan and mow the lawn) and I take care of our garden. FI is always building something for the house, his next weekend off he's working on a window seat in our bedroom. Everything else, we split up based on who has the time to do it.
When we had our apt I did 95% of the cooking and we split the cleaning. Right now we are living at his parents to save for the wedding and a house and I work late almost everynight so he eats with them. I feel bad that I am not doing more but happy he's not left to fend for himself (he'd mostly be eating tacos everynight since its one of the few things he can make :-) )! Once we get out house things will go back to normal :-)
I do all the cooking and pretty much all the cleaning, plus all the laundry too, but mostly bc I dont want him to touch my washing machine, lol, but i did stand outside in the cold on black friday for it for 6 hours, so god help him if he breaks it!!!
FI will pick up after himself, help me cook if im in the middle of it, and load the dishwasher, take out the garbage and does all the outside work. He does leave the house at 4 am and comes home around 7pm, so he doesnt really have time. I dont work so its easier for me, even when I did work, I was employed in a Middle school and hope at 3pm everyday so Ive always had more time than him to do stuff around the house, plus I dont mind....
I do most of the cleaning, FI does a lot of cooking when he can. We do our own laundry (I don't fold things correctly lol). If we have anything outside it's all him.
We split it all. Usually, I cook more because I get home by 4 and he doesn't get home until 6. So I at least start dinner and he finishes when he gets home. We both love to cook so dinner is usually split up. I'll do main dish, he does sides or vice versa.
I do laundry b/c I'm really picky about it. FI doesn't separate clothes or hang dry anything which drives me nuts. He usually does dishes, but I help out on occassion. As for everything else, it's a matter of who gets to it first. I usually end up vacuuming and he usually deals with bathrooms.
We actually really flowed into chores well together. What I don't have time to do, he does and vice versa. It's just easier that a set schedule for us.

FI cooks, I am useless in the kitchen. I do most of the cleaning, since it will get done poorly or not at all if I leave it to him, LOL. The one room I don't clean is his office/mancave. And he does take the trash out. We do split a couple things we trade off doing dishes, he does one litterbox and I do the other, and we each do our own laundry.

I'm the last to get up so I always make the bed.

FI does the vacuuming, dishes after dinner and usually the laundry.
Twice a month we try to do a big cleaning day and then we just both bang through as much stuff as possible.
