Sweet Water Bakehouse

I have a tasting at Sweetwater Bakehouse next week. Has anyone worked with them and if so how were they? Sara

    We used Becca for our wedding and were very pleased!  Her prices seemed reasonable compared to others in the area and the cake tasted sooooo good.  Our entire cake was cookies n' cream and our guests loved it.  We had picked a pretty basic design, and it looked exactly like the picture I had shown her when we met.  She makes a new top tier for your one year anniversary (so you don't have to freeze any), and we're already looking forward to that!

    I do NOT recommend Sweet Water Bakehouse.  We had a great tasting and booked her immediately. I gave her a picture of exactly what I wanted, which was very simple, and she assured me she could copy it easily.  I did not think my cake looked like the picture.  And the icing looked dried out.  It's almost like she let it sit out for a day or something.  And the cake was very dry and not good.  I was disappointed to say the least!!
