Ohio-Cincinnati

rehearsal dinner rec's needed

I am a NEOhio regular needing some Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky advice.  :)My brother is getting married in December and my parents would love some rehearsal dinner restaurant recommendations. The hotel block is at the Westin at Fountain Square, so somewhere within close proximity is preferred.  We'll need space for between 50-60.Thanks!

Jeff Ruby's if you havethe budget.  Montgomery Inn, both are "cincinnati trademarks" so to speak.  There are also a ton of places in Newport that you could check out.

We are having ours at McCormick and Schmick's. It's a part of the Westin actually. They have their own party room that over looks fountain square... it's very nice. OR Palamino's is right on the square or anything in Newport on the Levee, The Queen City Club is near the Westin, or the Millenium Hotel has a little room.

depending on your budget the Phoenix downtown also has a smaller room and it's really pretty. That's where our rehersal dinner is.

We did ours at McCormick and Schmick's.  It was awesome!  The food was awesome and the view is just beautiful.  You should definitely check it out, it is a perfect RD location!

I don't have my budget in front of me, but Melissa is who we are working with and she is wonderful. She really works with you and your budget. They customize a menu to fit your needs. We go this Friday for a tasting. I def suggest it (at least so far and how nice its been working with them... ) :). Just call Melissa Camp and meet to discuss cost... she will work with you.

We had our RD at Montgomery Inn Boathouse and it was fabulous. They were great to work with during the planning process and the meal was great. The servers were really attentive, the room was set up nicely, and they were happy to help with anything we asked.

Thank you everyone! This is really helpful. They were already looking into Montgomery Inn, and we'll add the others to the list. I appreciate it!

Our wedding was at The Westin, and our rehearsal dinner was at The Celestial Steakhouse. It was (surprisingly) more reasonably priced than the other downtown and near-downtown options we considered, and it was fabulous. Great food, unbeatable view. I highly recommend it.

It is a bit pricey, but my fiance and I are looking at B B Riverboats for our rehearsal dinner. They have enclosed, climate-controlled spaces. We have a lot of out of town guests coming and we wanted something unique and fun.
