DJ Recs please!

Hey Ladies,

The FI has been dragging his feet looking for DJs but he finally got me a list. Has anyone used the following DJs? Would you recommend them? Anything we should be weary of?

    We hired vision dj's! Our wedding is in February, but we read tons of reviews on them on weddingwire.com and they were amazing reviews. So far our experience with them has been wonderful and the website is so easy to use to plan EVERYTHING u want them to say/do/play/etc... I love the planning pages online. Good luck!!

    We're using MB Entertainment.  FI and I hit it off with Mike, the owner, when we met him initially.  He is super knowledgeable about the music industry, which FI loved. I really like how accomodating he was to our music selections.  FI likes dance, I like top 40, plus we also wanted salsa and merengue.  They have a music database on their website, they seriously have every song..and if they don't, just ask them to add it.  HTH.     I second MB Entertainment! They are very professional and aren't cheesy at all. Check them out cause it might be a good fit for you. Mike takes each wedding seriously and wants to please the bride and groom above everything else. I interviewed with Vision and I felt like just a # to them (plus they made me wait 45 mins past my appt time). You'll figure out which vendors you connect with and which ones you dont. I just happened to not connect with vision but felt a good connection with MB.

    We hired DJ Stephen Peters. He's awesome!!!  Super nice & really knows his music an equipment. He's been doing this for a long time & comes highly recommended. http://www.djstephenpeters.com

    I like Vision DJ's and Eddie B & Co. 

    I noticed another knottie mention her experience with Vision wasn't too well, but mine was great. I spoke with Jorge A, who was super nice and really made me feel as if he would perform very well at my wedding and I probably would have been very happy with them. However, in the end I went with Eddie B & Company, we felt they just had that something extra we were looking for. Good luck!

    Try calling Freddy from www.danceallnightdjs.com he gives a great service for a reasonable price.

    We're using Liquid DJs but I know a few girls on here have mentioned Vision being really good.

    MB Entertainment! Mike is awesome and really knows his stuff.

    We almost went with Visions but got a better vibe from Mike with MB.
