Thanks for the vibes but we didn't get it. : ( The sellers agent waited to present the offer till Saturday and by then there was another offer that was higher than ours.  We tried going up to our Max but it didn't work.  Not meant to be.

    Ugh, that sucks! But don't worry, I'm sure you'll find another that you love!For what it's worth, the house we loved ended up having mold in the attic, and the sellers refused to come down on the price to allow for us to hire a mold remediation company. WHile we were going back and forth on that (and was seriously crushed about losing the house we loved), we found our current house, which is waaaay better. It was meant to be!

    That sucks, and I know exactly how you feel.  I would say, "Don't worry, you'll find somethiing you love even more," but right now I don't believe that for myself, lol.  Maybe we can get two-for-one bricks to throw at our lost houses.

    I've been MIS lately, so I'm not really up on all this news- but I'm sorry to hear that.  Buying a house can be sooo frustrating.  It's totally worth it in the end though...
