s&v thanks! other married ladies - where were your weddings/receptions? I live in Chicago and have seen tons of bios and stuff from the Chicago board, but no one on this board seems to do bios or post much at all!

According to a former knottie, you had to "drive past cows" to get to my venue, so I guess it wasn't very glam. I was married in Burlington with a reception at a golf course in Elkhorn.

The Hideaway. It's a dive bar in Franklin, WI. Not pretty. Good food. They let us have the room until 2:30 though, so people got good and drunk. We had a big party, it's what we wanted.
