Do I Need Servers/Altar Boy's?

I'm not having a full mass, do I need these still?

    I've seen Sunday Masses performed without altar boys simply because the parish was so small. They are never absolutely necessary. That being said, they do have roles besides in preparation for the Eucharist. I would ask your priest which he prefers, since they are, after all, his "assistants."

    Yes ask the priest . If you have relatives you want to honor it is a nice way to do so.

    I do have a cousin that does it at Sundays at our church so I would definitely incorporate him into the service that way.  I'm still waiting for a response from our priest :)

    my church had alter boys, we didn't have a choice and yes, we had to pay them.  i've always seen alter boys at weddings.
