Hey gals! I was away for a few weeks for work, came back and didn't recognize half of the board. After spending some time perusing the newbie messages I realized I'm just too tired lately to respond with semblance of kindness so I was better off keeping my mouth shut. Otherwise all is well here - just really busy. And tired.

Hetshup and Kat - Nice work on the weddings! Not long now!
Jeter - What's going on? New apartment I saw. Are you still interviewing or are you working now?

I'll be in and out. I've just been too busy to hang out here recently. :(

    Your SN says "run21" but your location says DC which makes me really hope this is Paint??????????!!!!?!??!!?

    could is be true or is this a mirage from the Paint-drought?

    Kat - Life is good! Life is great actually! Aside from being exhausted. I've been really busy. BF is good. He's almost sold on eloping (fingers crossed)

    Your wedding "stuff" is coming along so nicely! You are awesome.

    I saw the title, read the name and thought 'SH!T, I am tired of effing newbs.'

    Mutley - Is it Hetshup? Is she moving to DC?

    I'm pretty well unpacked. We are painting and finishing the office and guest rooms. I had a difficult time with the move a few weeks back but I seem to have pushed through that part. I just miss my friends and still don't know anyone here. But I've been out of town so much that it doesn't matter all that much.

    Ha! I missed you guys too. I just couldn't handle all the "blah blah blah" from the newbs (like the 2 charmers that replied to my post that the title didn't have any words and accused me of DD). But I digress... I only had nasty things to say so I didn't say them at all!

    But I have been keeping up. Hetshup I'm so excited for you! So is your FI based at IAD?

    Didn't mean to offend you with the DD - I just didn't know who you were, and was responding to the other poster what the actual title was but it looked like you had DDed. Once I posted that, I saw that your post came back up and didn't think it was necessary for my post to be still on there.

    Kat - I haven't been "home" for more than 24 hours at a time in the past 2 months. I won't be again until August. Two more weeks to push through! I re-introduce myself to bf every time I get home. Thank goodness I live here or we would never see each other!

    GPB - I was teetering on crazy when I was on before. I was starting to question the decision to move halfway across the country with no ring. Hetshup planned my Disney wedding. I've since come to my senses. :) It will be awhile before a ring shows up.

    Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut... secret time - we're going to try to have a baby. Not until after the ring, obviously, but I've found a doctor who is ready to help us.
