Sewn in cups vs. long line bra vs. spanx

Im debating what to do under my dress. Is having cups sewn in REALLY like wearing a bra? If I go with a long line strapless, would that do the same thing as spanx?

I'm am very large busted woman (H cup) and I would NEVER trust sewn in cups. I think if you had C cups or less then it would work.I am wearing this except that the top will rest right underneath the bustline and I will be wearing a strapless longline bra over it.[url]<a href="http://tiny.cc/SRoeO" rel='nofollow'>http://tiny.cc/SRoeO</a>[/url]

I am a C cup and had cups sewn in my dress. I don't know if I'd say it's like wearing a bra but it was definitely more comfortable. I wasn't worried about a bra showing, or me hanging out. I didn't have to deal with anything slipping down. The cups held me up and that's what I wanted. I got married at the end of May, outdoors, in Florida, and I didn't want to add another thing to my wardrobe that would make me even hotter than I was already going to be. Spanx are made to keep things smooth and held in under clothing. I wore the high power spanx only because I knew I was going to be hot under my dress and didn't want my legs to chafe if I got hot and sweaty.

Im a small D. Im thinking maybe sewn in cups wont be my friend...lolI have never worn a long line bra before...does it also offer the smoothing action of spanx? Im not really lumpy but I have a fitted trumpet style gown, so I want to make sure Im smooth.

i am a 32DD and felt my longline was necessary in terms of support. i was very comfortable the day of the wedding- it also made lacing me up much easier (my dress was corset style in the back).

I just had cups sewn in my dress and they are amazing! I am only a 34A and the cups really give me a boost where I need it! I am also wearing the higher power spanks to keep everything else smooth ( I have a very fitted dress)

I'm a 36D and I had cups sewn in. I had absolutely no problem the entire day of my wedding with the cups.
