TTC # 1 Since October 2010 (Not preventing since 2009)

October 2012: DH Dx: Testicular Cancer -- Left Orchiectomy
December 2012: F/U CT Scan -- All clean!
January 2013: Starting the adoption process!

    No such luck. The latest is that we found out where she lives now, but she rents a house, so no way to collect. My sister wants to spray paint "Remember December 6th" on her garage door. She continues to be an elusive snake.

    You know how well our knottie torches work!  I'm all about spray painting that!!! Or we can just lurk outside her house until she does something.  What a b!tch.  :(

    Oh man, for some reason I thought you had at least gotten a little something out of her, or stood a chance. I am so sorry! I know nothing about the legal field, but it's hard to believe nothing further can be done.

    The torches should always be at the ready. Ya never know when she'll come slithering around again.Kim - Thanks. Nothing can be done until we find something that she owns (property, car, etc.). We haven't been able to do so at this point. She is sneaky. My Dad is my attorney and isn't letting it go, so if anything can be done, he'll find the way.Somehow, I believe that she's getting what is coming to her. She is bankrupt and hiding from the legal system. That is sort of good to know. Too bad it doesn't change anything. We still want our *@**#*!!!  $$ back.
