Bouquet help

Heard FI leave at 4:30 this morning and all I can think of is my bouquet. Am I the only one that doesn't know what kind of bouquet I want?? Did your florist give ideas? I'm using my friends (also BM) aunt and I wish I wasn't. I met with her yesterday and told her what I was thinking.Gerber daisies(muted yellow/oranges)Red hypericum berriesAlstromeria(maybe burgandy??)No input whats so ever. She wanted to do bright daisies for the BM's. I'm like no! My bouquet has muted colors! I actually stopped in Bloomers in Oakmont to get an idea what another florist is like and he was wonderful! He pulled different flowers out and I wished I remembered what they were. Now that is what I wanted. Someone who can show me options and give ideas! I guess it's my fault that I don't have a pic and don't know what the heck I want. I'm screwed. I'm rambling now. Sorry. Going to get ready for work.

Sorry to hear that. Is there any way you can make a switch to a florist that's more compatible with your tastes? Go to google, type wedding bouquets and search...then click the IMAGES link at the top of the page. You'll find all kinds of photos of flowers. Maybe one will spark your interest and you can use a photo to direct your current florist. If that doesn't work and it wouldn't cause too much uproar with your BM to switch, I totally would. Just my 2 cents.

That is exactly how I found what type of bouquet I wanted. ... Google Images search. if that still doesn't help, then maybe you can go to a local florist and look around at some real live flowers, or even the flower department of the grocery store.I really hope that you find the flowers that you love! good luck!

I used Bloomers in Oakmont - I highly recommend! They are awesome! :)But I don't think you are looking for a new florist. I looked through lots of bios, magazines, the knot images, etc to find pics of bouquets I liked. Then I brought the pictures with me to meeting with florist...and also looked through their books. HTH!

I can't remember the details of your wedding other than Mayernik (you need a bio!) but would something like Michelle's work? Or are they too dark? I love her flowers!

I have loved using the photo search on www.projectwedding.comYou can sort by colors or styles, and it includes pro and user-submitted photos, so there's always a ton to look through!

Those flowers do look pretty Kelly. I even went on the yellow and orange board. Maybe I'm putting too much thought into this. Yes I'm at the Mayernik doing a barbeque. I wanted something simple(bouquet). I have no idea on how to do a bio!! Need to keep looking. Thanks for input!
