OK LADIES! sorry ive been MIA - had training for work this week and they wouldnt let me use the internet boo. i totally missed my WI this week too so im just waiting for next week.
moving into our new house this weekend so im really nervous AND excited!!!
Congrats on the new house GracefulMeadow! That is very exciting! I am snowed in today...AGAIN! UGHHH! However, I resisted snacking all day yesterday (which is very easy to do when you are snowed in!) and I even resisted the box of Dunkin Donuts that sat on the counter all day! :=)
B- protein shake (2), Kashi granola bar (2) S- orange (1) L - vita top muffin (1), Yoplait smoothie (3), banana (2) S- apple sauce (1) D-chicken (4) and salad (2) Exercise - 35 minutes of cardio...was going to be my day off from exercise but I think the cardio will help me stay on track since I'm stuck inside.

Hwrd2b: I am in the same boat you are! I did great all day yesterday and then as soon as I got home last night I ate a bunch of Pringles and more Girl Scout cookies than I'd care to admit! I might have to purge the pantry this weekend and lock up all of FI's junk food!
Here's the plan for today. Lots of fruit and veggies for a mini-detox. I need to shake out the ucky stuff and start putting good stuff in.

Thanks girls for your motivation! It's amazing how much it REALLY HELPS! I have a treadmill downstairs so I have no excuse! No sidewalks in my neighborhood...but I suppose if I walk through the snow, that would make for a pretty good walk!
Morning ladies! My dance class was cancelled yesterday, so I did an hour on the elliptical. I put that into my online activity calculator, and it said I earned 10 APs!! =O We have our second pre-marital counseling session today. I'll be crammed for time between class & then for lunch. I'm also in the process of purchasing P90X from ebay today. Yay!!!
Oh, almost forgot - I'm going dress shopping tomorrow!
