Engagement Photo Outfits and Locations

Hi Knotties! Let's talk engagement photo sessions. 1) FI and I are taking our e-pics next week and I had a few questions. Did you or do you plan on wearing different outfits during the shoot? If you did or plan to, how hard or easy was it to change outfits?2) Any suggestions for cool spots in the Ballard/Fremont area? So far I'm thinking Golden Gardens, possibly the Locks, and some place that has cool exposed brick. Thanks!

There's the statues of the people waiting for the bus in Fremont.  Also, Patches the clown and there's also a huge wrought iron "picture frame" on an easel that when you look through it, so you see Lake Union and the Seattle skyline in the background.  And of course, the Troll.  :)  Someone took some chalk at one time and wrote the words "just married" on the back window of the car he's holding.  The Seattle library in Fremont is also really pretty, too.

I don't have too many suggestions for locals. You could always go to UW... Clothes, we changed once. Don't wear anything with big paterns. We wore stuff we could change in layers. Basically we both had tanks underneith, so we took off our tops and just put on different ones. Same shoes same pants. Also, I recommend planning a nice dinner or desert afterwards. FI and I did that and we were really glad we did.

*thenewhorne* where is that picture frame and easel? That sounds like an interesting spot. Is it near the statues of the people waiting for the bus?

it's kind of directly under the Aurora bridge.  say you are at the troll and you face down the hill and walk all the way down Troll Ave. towards the water.  Cross 35th towards the Burke Gilman and it should be right there in grassy area.  HTH and let me know if you need better directions
