Does anyone know if there are forms you can print for changing your name after you get married? I'm trying to get a head start on all of that stuff! TIA

    When we went to the register of deeds for our marriage license, they gave me form ss-5 from the SSA that needs to be filled out.  You can also get this from their website (ssa.gov).  I know we have to take that to the ssa and then have to wait 24 hours before we can go to the DMV.

    missnowmrs.com will do it for you for a small fee (includes EVERYTHING)- well worth it from what I hear.  I am definitely planning on using a service like this after I get married.
