C25K... anyone want to join my workout?

Okay so I started C25K yesterday. I skipped to week four because I had been (very slowly) running the week before and thought the week one would be boring. It's a great program though and I thought maybe I would have some 'teammates' on this board.Thoughts?The goal is October 24th... which is Race for the Cure.

It's free. It's just interval training to prepare you to go from Couch to 5k, hence the name

Where do you find the information? And what's the time commitment look like? I've a got the wedding 2 weeks before fall Komen, but maybe could use it for the spring race.
