we got our wedding video, and well...

We had our ceremony taped and got it back late last week. DH & I sat down to watch it which was awesome!

The only thing is, they didn't turn off DH's mic after the ceremony so it captures our first words together as newlyweds. Unfortunately, those include me exclaiming to DH that "we're mother f*ckin' married!" It was a private joke of ours leading up to the big day that we were getting f*ckin married... what can I say we're potty mouths.

It's funny for DH & I but how can I give that DVD to his Mom? I'm going to ask them to re-edit. I just thought it was funny that, that's literally how our wedding video ends. Something to show the kids one day!

    I love it.  Yes, I think you should have the G rated version, and the not-so-G rated version :)

    H and I may or may not have had very similar first words as newlyweds, and a very simllar inside joke!  LOVE It.

    That is awesome and such a fun thing for the two of you to have... but I definitely agree that you need an edited version for family and keep the original for yourselves.

    We haven't seen our video yet, but H took off the mic shortly after the ceremony. I didn't even think about it until now, but I'm seriously wondering what we might have said haha.

    We didn't have a professional videographer. We hooked up the camera and told my nephew to start and stop it etc. He did a REALLY good job zooming in etc when he needed to, the only thing, I guess he forgot that video would record HIS sounds too.

    At one point he tells his older brother to suck it.
    He comments when we're cutting the cake, that I'm going to cut the cheese
    at one random point we're not sure what happened off camera but he says Oh Crap!

    Luckily his older brother edited the video for us and removed the suck it part. The rest was funny. LOL
