Getting in Shape

I'm baaaaaaaaaaack - a bit long!

After some major wedding drama, I'm back! FI and I had some major issues with our wedding location (like, the event planner NEVER returned calls/emails for many WEEKS at a time, until I had to seriously hound her). So, we made the decision to move on (luckily didn't lose any money), and find a new place for our wedding. We found the perfect spot, and made many changes! We went from a small Sunday brunch in June to a larger Saturday night dinner with the works in November (I love the fall!). It all worked out for the best, because in having to re-plan everything, we had time to realize the that we really do want a big celebration! I'm so excited!With all of the craziness, I haven't been concentrating on my eating and workouts like I should. I have still been losing (I'm on my second row of stars!!!), but we've been eating out more, and I haven't been to the gym much the past 2 weeks. Now that our wedding is back on track, I need to get my butt back on track! My goal for this week is to go food shopping tomorrow and plan my meals out ahead of time like I had been doing, and to make it to the gym at least 3 times this week and get at least one workout in next weekend. Does anyone else have goals for this coming week?

  • Hi and welcome back! Glad everything is settled...I had to change my site this week too you would think these people would know it is all about customer service!! Anyways, hoping to continue on it will only be my 2nd week but stay on track with WW pts, not use any extras and 5 days at the gym for 2 hrs each.
  • Welcome back! I am also hoping to get back on track this week. I started by going shopping tonight to get some essentials (whole grain bread, turkey breast, yogurt, bananas, etc.) to start off my week right. Good luck getting back into it. And I'm glad you were able to change things for your wedding. YAY!

  • Now I want some french toast.  Glad you're back though! lol  My goal for tomorrow is simple: Make it to my morning step class.  I have got to go!
  • Glad everything worked out.My goals this week are to get back to walking 2miles a day and using Wii fit everyday and back to 100crunches. Also eating better, last week was my birthday and I ate horrible :(. Good luck with your workouts :)
