  This one is not organza, but it is a lot cheaper ($52.50 versus $150-$250 for the Jordon one): [url]http://tinyurl.com/na35b9[/url].  It comes in ivory.Or this one is organza, but doesn't have the bubble tiers (just plain tiers): [url]http://tinyurl.com/ln3275[/url].  $55.50 - it comes in ivory.Or this one - you could get it in ivory with ivory sash, and it looks like the skirt flowers are removable: [url]http://tinyurl.com/nr2n5d[/url].  $52.50If you don't like any of these, I would definitely look online and in department stores or children's specialty stores before ordering a $150-$250 one (especially around Easter/First Communion time of year when they might be on sale) - it's ridiculous to charge that much for a flower girl dress, in my opinion.Good luck!
