To any of you that have used/will use a "local" photographer willing to travel to shoot destination weddings:Would you recommend your photographer? If so, could you share their names/websites?Thank you! :-)

Brooke Mayo- She is my photog and I love her!!!! She is routinely featured in TK, Brides, Modern Bride... and she travels anywhere. I knew I wanted her to be my wedding photog before I even met my FI. www.brookemayo.com My cousins used Pepper Nix, she's based in Utah but will also travel internationaly she's a top rated photog and in all the magazines as well. www.peppernix.com a lot of the girls on have used Leah Staford who is also amazing. I'm not sure on her website though. GL!!

I used Jaclyn & Josh Johnson Photography. http://www.weddingsrock.com/ Samantha also used them. They are a husband wife duo that is based in KY. Another girl on here has booked them as well. You can find lots of local photos that will travel. Some will shoot weddings for the price of the travel others will do it for travel plus a fee. It all just depends on your budget. If there is a photographer that you like you should ask them. You never know they may want to go to your site and give you a great deal.

Thanks Ladies! I checked all of those photogs' websites, they all look like the do amazing work. Now I just need to find out how affordable they are...that's the not-as-fun part. :-)

Mine did it for the cost of travel for her and her hubby. I'm not sure if she still offers that but I thought it was a pretty good deal
