DC Ideas????

We are planning a DC destination wedding late june 2013. I need ideas for ceremony sites. It will only be ourselves and our kids. We would rather have a great vaca and intimate wedding day. Any ideas for interesting beautiful sites for short ceremony????

    You can get a permit from the National Park service which would allow you to get married near the Tidal Basin at the Jefferson Memorial. You just have to call and set it up, not sure how hard it is to get the date you want so you might have to be flexible.


    Sadly I don't have any other ceremony ideas but just wanted to say that DC is a great place for a vacation. All of the Smithonsian Museums are free, the National Zoo is free and then you have all of the great monuments and memorials that you can walk to.
