I am soooo angry. As most of you probobly have seen in my other posts, I am a special education teacher. My school district has taken away my aide, so I will not have anyone helping me. I also had my classroom moved and have spent about 5 non paid days moving from one room to the other (custodians will only move furniture). I write my boss today to see if I can get some of the extra desks, tables, etc. out and was told no. On top of that no I was told it's possible that we may be getting another 4th grade class. If that happens, then she told me that I will no longer have a classroom to keep my stuff or to work out of. I'll jsut have to be in classrooms. WHAT? First they take my aide, then they move my room, now I may not even have a room? Has she ever worked with special needs children????? They need a "safe place" to go when they are having tough times. I need to move back to Pittsburgh. I have had a few interviews, so please keep your fingers crossed, I should know by the end of the week. If all this crap at my curretn work happens, I am in for a miserable year.
