Getting in Shape

2 months left! Possible to kick it up?

So my wedding is just over 2 months away.  I have pretty consistently been slowly losing my weight over the past 5 months.  About 1 pound per month, even though I count calories and work out a lot.  Just wondering if what they say is true that you will lose a lot more in the last month because of stress?  I'm scared I will gain bc I won't be sleeping as well and won't feel like working out.  I would love to lose 6 more pounds in next 2 months but if I don't, as long as I'm toned, I will be happy.

  • I feel the same way!  I would love to lose about 10 more lbs, but i have toned up alot and will be ok as long as I don't gain before then!! I have been trying to step it up on workouts like you said, but I will be traveling alot in the next month too, which never helps!
  • I honestly think the best thing we (I'm @ 2 months as well) can do is to add weight training, even if it means cutting cardio. You're not going to lose enough weight at this point to make a difference, but this is still time to do some re-shaping. Time to pump some iron!
  • I am only a little over 2 weeks away from my wedding and I have yet to lose any of this "stress weight" everyone is always talking about.YOu still have 2 months though! Thats lots of time to kick it up and lose those last 6 pounds!
