Blue Mesa Party Rooms Plano - Seen them?

Has anyone seen the Blue Mesa party rooms at the Plano location in person? http://www.bluemesagrill.com/catering-parties/party-rooms/ I've just had time to look at them online and am not sure I am going to get there any time soon to check them out in person for the rehearsal dinner. FMIL was suppose to be hosting and planning the dinner, with FI helping, but 3 1/2 weeks from my wedding nothing is booked so it is basically dumped on me (vent!). Lovely. Anyway, I wanted to see if anyone knew which room in the picture would be best for a party of 25-30 (not sure the count because FMIL has now asked her side of the family's out of town guests to come per a voice mail tonight, but no mention of including my OOT guests- no, I'm not bitter!) I want some versatility on the table arrangement. Actually would probably like a big long table or a big square type of arrangement or two of those at worse and good ambiance. TIA.

I had my rehearsal dinner at this blue mesa a month ago. On the website, we used the party room that is in the last picture we picked it because it has windows that look out at the pond and fountain. The other party room has a divider that you can cut the room in half to create a smaller room. Either room will accommodate your party we had 50 people at ours. Everything was wonderful and they were really accommodating and great to work with! GL hope this helps :)

This helps a ton. Thanks Meg. In the room I noticed booths that look like they seat two. Did you have to utilizse those or could you fit everyone in tables. I don't really want to isolate a few people into booths. Thanks again. Gosh, I just love knotties!

the booths fit 4-6 depending on which booths then the two tables fit 10 I think. We used all the tables.. you will have a little less than us so you will probably only have to use a couple of the booths. The booths all open up to the tables in the center so everyone can see each other and I don't think anyone felt isolated at ours. We had soo many compliments though on the food and the venue. A couple of my friends even booked them for their rehearsal dinners after ours. Go look at the rooms you'll see that the booths aren't as isolated as they look in the pictures!

The loose tables in the center get pushed together to make two long tables so there is a walking gap between the end of the table and the booths on the right...

I'm having my RD at the Dallas one.  Glad to hear such good things--when FMIL told me the menu, it sounded fabulous!

Stephie sounds like your FMIL is actually planning and hosting yours? I was curious on etiquette on this as my FMIL really isn't lifting a finger. I think she should have just given us the money then. Anyway, thanks Meg, this is so helpful. I don't have much experiene with the Plano location but have always had good dinners and brunch at other Blue Mesa's.

Well, his parents are hosting pretty much everything since I've been married before (otherwise, we would have just eloped!)  But yes, and she let me include all of my OOT guests too (although most of them will be theirs).  Sorry you're having to deal with this last minute!
