    We still love you Karen, even though you're far away.  :)  I think the biggest thing for me is for new people to jump in and keep posting, especially on other people's threads.  When someone posts on a thread I started I think, "Oh hey, this new person took to time to read what I had to say and comment on it."  It's tough when people do an intro, then disappear for a month and I don't remember anything about them.  And you're right though, it is easier for me to comment and think of things to say to people I've met IRL and talked to one on one.We were all newbies at one time, just remember that!

    Very well said, Candice. If there is a 'core group', it is the ones who post all of the time. I guess we could also be called "those who need a life". Haha. The board was pretty intimidating whenI first came on, but I just pushed through that and ignored the posts that I didn't like and jumped in to the ones that I liked. It is totally what you make of it, I believe. I hope that makes sense. I like to think that we are inviting to new people. And it is true, it is so hard to remember someone unless they post enough to make a 'lasting' impression, ya know? The GTGs are helpful, but I honestly felt very close to many girls here waaay before I met them in read life. Karen, when you are in town next (Do you come to Pgh ever?), be sure to let us know and we can try to plan a GTG so that you can feel involved! Puppies and rainbows forever. :P

    Im glad I sucked it up and posted I really enjoy it here. Even tho FI thinks Im a nutso sometimes when I talk about it! I wish I could post more, but now that my BB is cooperating with me and letting me post I might be on a little more! yayI love the puppies and rainbows! :)~

    Molly what you say about "pushing through and ignoring posts you don't like" makes a lot of sense - when I started posting I got ripped on for something I posted on here and I very easily could have GBCK, but I really liked talking to most of the people on here and so I stayed.I'm not in Pgh until the week of my wedding. I wasn't trying to come across as "oh I feel left out," obviously I enjoy talking to everyone or I wouldn't keep coming back :) I just think I can understand how someone might think that they won't "fit in."But yes, as was said I hope the new people do continue coming back and posting more, I enjoy reading the intros but honestly I start to forget who is who pretty quickly. Oh, and a picture or some sort of siggy helps too.

    ok so I am SUPER late on this post but I find posting on this similar to talking to people that you've just met. Some people are always going to be closer than others because they have "known" each other longer especially the IRL gals. I only feel sometimes as though I'm a tiny bit forgetable cause I don't have anything to add.. only questions to ask.. but I'll get there I promise I am full of opinions! :)
