Photograph Centerpieces?

By the time my fiance and I get married we will have been together for almost 6 1/2 years.  Being together as long as we have (throughout high school and everything), we have acquired lots of pictures.  Since we are on a very tight budget, I figured why not use what we already have?  I want to do photographs of us throughout the years as our reception centerpieces, but I don't want it to look tacky.  I saw the 3-sided photograph centerpieces by Martha Stewart and I'm not too fond of those, and I really don't want it to look like I just tossed a bunch of frames and tea lights on each table.  Do you guys have any ideas on how to make elegant-looking, budget-friendly, centerpieces out of photos?  Any input would be super helpful!

Thanks!

  • I have heard of couples doing tables with pictures through the years.  The lower the table number, the younger you are in the pictures.  The higher number tables have pictures of you together and older.  I think this is a very fun idea!  You could have so much fun going through all the pictures!

  • i dont know if thiswould be very budget friendly but reprinting some on velum and putting them on glass candle holders large cylinder ones or square sided and put an LED candle inside
  • DIYing photo cubes made out of frames used to be popular.  I think they were usually used as card boxes.  There might still be directions floating around somewhere on the DIY board.
