    1. When and where is/was your wedding? Dec '08. Ceremony - First Unitarian in Shadyside, Reception - The Edgewood Club 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far? Seeing everyone smile back at me when I smiled into the pews during the ceremony. It was an amazing feeling. Everyone should do it. 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning? Getting DH to do the parts that he picked to do. Procrastination sux! 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number? I had 3. Just perfect. Although one of them and I don't speak anymore. 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? Keep on doing what you're doing because you guys are so happy together. (Not really advice, but said during my stepdad's speech. Made me so happy) 6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them? My colors were cranberry, dark brown, and cream. We incorporated them into the BM dresses, the flowers, the table linens, the programs, the centerpieces... pretty much everything except my Mrs. P booty shorts that I wore. They were baby blue. :P 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc. Hard to pick. I LOVED my dress (after not loving it for so long). But I also loved my earrings and my veil just as much. 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most? Having his whole family there to support his 'finally' finding true love. :)9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without? Nothing. We didn't do anything at all that was excessive. 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? We had relative kids and one daughter of friends who handed out our little 'ringy bells'.   I was fine with it. I wished that we could invite more, but there would have been 28 if we let all of our friends bring their kids.

Because I finally have a short break at work today, I get to play:1. When and where is/was your wedding? June 13, 2009, ceremony was in Munhall, reception at Grand Concourse 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far? The ceremony.  It was beautiful. 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning? Although difficult to plan from OOT, it wasn't the hardest part.  The hardest part was dealing with my MIL who kept fighting us because we weren't getting married in Philly. 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number?  We had 6 BMs and 2 Jr BMs - I wanted less, but we had to placate family members 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? Just ignore everyone else and do what you want. 6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them? They were tropical blue and light mocha.  We used them in everything.  Our BMs were in the tropical blue, the Jr. BMs in the light mocha.  Both colors were in our invites, in the color coded escort cards, in our favors, in all of the ribbons we used, and in our programs. 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc.  2 Pieces: I loved my veil, since it had so much meaning.  I converted my mother's veil from her wedding.  The second was the hairpiece that the florist made for me from an orchid to wear the rest of the evening (I didn't want to wear my veil all night since it was so long and bulky). 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most? He liked having our pictures done at Kennywood.9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without? We ended up not doing the dollar dance, even though it is traditional in my family.  Things were running late, and we just ran out of time.  I honestly didn't miss it. 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision?  OF COURSE!!  I have 10 nieces and nephews and 2 great-nephews and a ton of cousins with kids, as well as most of my friends now have little ones.  There was no way that we were getting married without them all!!  And, they were having so much fun.  We had a great time seeing them all.

    1. When and where is/was your wedding?11/15/08 - Pine Run UMC and reception at The Willow Room in Belle Vernon. 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far?None really.  I didn't enjoy planning my wedding.  3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning?Talking to my mom every morning, hah.  Dealing with all unmarried wedding party members who didn't offer to do anything for us. 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number?5, it was fine.  I definitely wouldn't have had more than that though. 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard?Enjoy your wedding day because it flies by. 6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them?Black and ivory.  Our centerpieces were white callas in black vases, we had black and ivory linens.  The girls' dresses were black. 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc.I loved my earrings!  I also wore a vintage shawl that my grandmother wore for my mom's wedding which felt so special to have to wear to my wedding!  It was gorgeous and modern looking too. 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most?He had a great time dancing, hitting a bar with his friends after the wedding, and just seeing everyone and enjoying the da.9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without?A big fancy wedding.  I wish that we would have done something more modern and funky instead of having the big ballroom wedding experience. 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? No kids at our wedding.  Our friends and family are big drinkers, we knew that many of them would dance and be pretty drunk so we made the decision to have an adults only reception.  We also would have only had a handful of children there so it just wasn't worth making the accommodations in our opinion.

Because I want to know more about everyone's weddings :)1. When and where is/was your wedding? 10/24/09 Pittsburgh 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far? Trying on my dress for the first time; planning part was eating cake and our food tasting...yumm! 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning? Invitations and guest list, FSIL's comments about this and that. 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number? 7 bridesmaids, 3 flower girls.  NO!  My bridesmaids are evil, except for 2 of them. 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? Take the money and run away - I should've listened!  Nah, don't get too caught up in all the wedding related drama. 6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them? Chocolate brown, gold and Ivory.  Everything is drapped in brown with gold or ivory accents, candles everywhere!  Fresh fall flowers.  I cannot wait to see it all! 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc. EVERYTHING about my dress is perfect! I could careless about the shoes or veil.  The jewelry I'll be wearing has been bought by Scott over the last 7 years of being together!  He has great taste!8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most? Scott is excited to see me and my dad walk down the aisle.  Him and my dad are super close too, so it makes it all so sweet!  I'm sure he'll shed a tear.9. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? 1. When and where is/was your wedding? My wedding will be in Pittsburgh on July 17, 2010.  Our ceremony will be at St. Boniface and our reception will be at the Duquesne Club. 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far?Honestly, I love everything about planning so far!  I'm sure this will change soon :)  I guess picking our venues was my favorite part so far. 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning?I'm sure that limiting our guest list (and making our parents stick to that limit!) will be difficult, although we're not quite there yet. 4. How many bridesmaids do you have?  Are you happy with that number?I'm having 5.  I'm happy with that because it's my closest girlfriends and FI's sister.  One of my BMs lives out of the country but is able to come, so I'm extra excited about that! 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard?Set your budget from the very beginning and stick to it!  Spreadsheets are great. 6. What are your colors?  How did you incorporate them?My main color is a vibrant celery green with jewel tone accents.  Each of my BMs will wear one of these colors (not matching), I'll probably wear colored shoes and jewelry, we're doing a candy bar in the palette, and of course the stationery, linens, flowers and other decorations will incorporate the colors! 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire?  Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc.Right now I'm loving dress shopping!  I kind of want a short "reception dress" to change into during the dancing portion of the evening, but I feel sort of silly for even wanting it. 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most?I think my FI will probably like our FOOD most! 9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without? We're doing a couple of un-traditional things- I will have one fewer BM than he will have GMs, we're not doing a head table, and my BMs will not be in matching dresses or colors.  There will probably be more as we continue planning! 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding?  How did you feel about your decision?I'm going back and forth about this.  I don't think I really want kids there, but FI comes from a large family with some cousins who are still children, and I think I might feel bad not inviting them.

    1. When and where is/was your wedding?Sept. 12, 2009--St. Stephen Church/Salvatore's 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far?Getting gifts for my BMs--I'm spoiling them and I love it! 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning? At first it was dealing with my mom, but now she's great and it's getting back RSVPs! 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number?3 and it's perfect! 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? Something will go wrong, and when it does, you'll know that's the thing and just let it go.6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them? Fuchsia and black.  Everywhere--my dress, BM dresses, OOT bags, programs, placecards, invites, Guys' ties and pocket squares, linens, cookies, cake topper, flowers7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc.I LOVE my dress. 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most?I think it will be dessert and the "party" part of the reception.  Just having a good time with friends and family.9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without? We are forgoing the cake cutting, money dance, and bouquet and garter tosses--just not our style.  10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? We are only having my neices (3 and 7) and nephew (5) who are out flower girls and ring bearer.  My cousins who are 13 and 17 will be there, too.  Other than that, none because they guest list would have gotten out of control and made the families look even more lopsides (he has about 15 family members coming, I have about 50.  With kids, it would be 75).

    2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far?Ooops, kind of mis-answered that one!  My favorite part of the wedding was the time I spent in our bridal suite drinking and eating appetizers with our bridal party before being introduced.

    1. 10/10/10- ceremony at Holy Ghost Orthodox Church in Ambridge, reception at The Chadwick in Wexford. 2. Scanning the web for hours (and I mean, hours!) looking at dresses! 3. Overbearing aunts. Ugh. 4. 6 and yes, very happy! 5. From my wonderful SIL (bro's wife): "It's your wedding, do whatever the hell you want." love her. 6. Dark red and champagne. The girl's dresses are red and will have champagne colored flowers. The guys will have dark red vests and ties, and other small things. But I'm not going color crazy. 7. Jewelry! 8. Hmm...good question! Probably the bar at the reception hahaha jk actually I think it will (in all humility) be me. He wants to know nothing about the dress until I am walking into the church! 9. No money dance. Tacky. 10. Well, we're not banning them, per se, but we don't really know that many and there won't be that many invited. Neither of us have nieces or nephews or really young cousins. And our friends that have kids, have REALLY young kids that they've already told us they don't plan to bring.

    1. When and where is/was your wedding? August 22nd! 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far? I guess I'd have to say the knot!  I've met so many great people and have learned so much. 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning? Ooh, finding a caterer, getting a hold of vendors, finding a dress, and making a million other decisions... 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number? 3. It's a great number, but I wish I would've waited longer to choose. 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? Don't worry so much about the little details. No one will notice except you. 6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them? We don't really have colors.  We originally were going to use green, so we decided to order green linens and fuschia gerbera daisies.7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc. The dress.  It better be after all the hassle! 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most? Exchanging vows, finally seeing my gown and partying with family and friends.9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without? We tried to scrap a lot of traditional aspects, like the cake cutting, but got suckered into it.  We aren't having a bouqet or garter toss or bridal party dance.  I'm sure there are others.  Our ceremony is unique and very us. 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? Absolutely.  This was never a question.  We have 18 children attending from less than a year old up to 15.

    1. October 31st, 2009 in the Valley of Fire, NV2. Well aside from getting married, I would have to say the location3. Trying to make everyone happy. It doesn't work. It also annoys me that a big chunk of the people who said they were "definitely going to be there!" backed out.4. No BMs. It's way easier not having to pick people considering that right of the bat 3 people demanded to be MOH. 5. You'll never please everyone, so make sure that it is what you and FI really want. 6. Black, orange, and cream (with green accents). Black linens, orange flowers, orange crinoline, Black and orange invitations, and my garter has jack-o-lanterns. 7. My dress and spider hair pin.8. The helicopter9. We're not doing the garter/bouquet toss. It's too weird.10. No kids. I'm sad that my nieces and nephews can't attend, but I don't feel like Vegas is an appropriate place for them.

    1. When and where is/was your wedding? 9/18/10 - New Kensington 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far? Actually, seeing my parents excited about helping me plan. I'm the baby and only girl, so it's the only time they get to do this.3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning? Right now, making pocketfolds. Ugh..4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number? I'm shooting for five, working on the cards and asking them next week. Eh, I could go with four, but I can't ask one neice without asking the other.5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? Still waiting on that. 6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them? Blue, brown, green, and ivory. Still working on how it's all going to flow together. 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc. Um, I'm lame. I have no attire right now. I have all the supplies to make a haute bracelet, so I'm excited about that. 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most? FI is really excited to take pictures with the helicopter that's at the reception site. 9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without? I'm contemplating mixing up the bridal party for the BP dance. My MOH's hubby will only be a GM. I'm thinking I won't make her dance with the BM if her hubby is there. 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? I'm secretly hoping people do not bring kids, my cousin is 23 and already has five kids. I feel bad coming right out and telling them not to though.

    1. When and where is/was your wedding? 6/13/09 at Mayernik Ctr in North Hills (ceremony & reception) 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far? There were lots of fave parts of the wedding, but if picking just one, it was being surrounded by our loved ones on such an important day. 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning? Tracking down the guests who didn't RSVP. Making decisions was hard too, but I got used to that. ;-) 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number? 3. It was perfect and I still talk to who I chose. lol5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? Don't just plan for the wedding, plan for the *marriage*. 6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them? Brown, Ivory, & sage green 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc. My dress! 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most? I think he enjoyed getting to see people we don't get to see too much. He also said he loved seeing the details come together and how well I did with it all. (He's trained well!)9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without? We did lots of non-traditional stuff, so I wouldn't know where to start! Maybe money dance? I have no regrets at all about being non-traditional! :-) 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? We had about maybe 12 or so kids there and I was hoping for more. I think kids make the day so much more fun. I wouldn't have imagined it without kids...I love being around them (but not in a creepy way!lol).

    1. When and where is/was your wedding? May 16, 2009, Penn Hills/Monroeville area. Ceremony was at my home church in PH and reception was at Gateway Hall in Monroeville. 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far? Oh gosh, fav. part? It's hard to choose. I loved walking down the aisle (guess I'm an AW!), enjoyed the limo ride (was worried b/c bridal party didn't know each other, but everyone got along great and we had a blast), dancing to our first dance (choreographed), and the Dollar dance b/c I was able to visit with guests as we danced. 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning? Hardest thing was when I found out last minute my aunt, uncle, cousins, and grandparents that live in AZ could not come. :-( I have not seen them in 8 years, but plan to visit them early next year. 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number? Had 3, which was perfect for me b/c they are my 3 best friends, and I have known them for so long. 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? Enjoy the day, b/c it goes by SO quickly. It really does- it was by far the quickest day of my life. 6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them? Lilac and silver- BM dresses were lilac, GM wore silver vests and ties, my flowers were lilac and white roses, decorated church with lilac-flowered garland, rose petals at reception were lilac, cake had lilac flowers on it...there's prob. more! 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc. Dress for sure- I felt so beautiful and special in it. 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most? He'd probably say the wedding night, haha. I really think he enjoyed dancing though, and the garter removal of course. ;-)9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without? OOT bags b/c the hotels did not give them out to everyone, and in general I think it was a waste of my money. 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? Kids were welcome, but our families don't have many young children. The youngest we had was like 13 or 14. I definitely think kids should be part of the wedding day though!

    1. When and where is/was your wedding? March, at the Mayernick. 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far? My favorite part of planning so far was picking the venue and getting the date I wanted!  (I haven't done much planning, as you can tell!) 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning? The guest list.  My mother is a nightmare about it.  And she's already b1tching about seating arrangements.  I haven't even THOUGHT about them yet. 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number? 2.  My sister, and my fiance's daughter (she's only 5, but I don't want her to feel "junior" anything...I want her to feel important). 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? If people are questioning your choices, or giving you grief, stop telling them anything. 6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them? Plum and Clover.  Only really using them for bridesmaid dresses and flowers. 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc.  So far, it's my dress! 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most?  Eh, neither of us want to be the center of attention, so neither of us are that excited...I think our favorite part will be when it is over and we get to be alone together.9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without?  I'm not doing the garter/bouquet toss.  No special dances other than FI and myself.  10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? I didn't want kids there, but we have several out-of-town guests that have nowhere for the kids to stay, so we're inviting a few.  I feel ok about it.

I really should be doing something productive at work, but this seems more fun. :) 1. When and where is/was your wedding?November 7, 2009. St. Margaret Mary parish in Lower Burrell, PA/ reception: Syria Mosque, Cheswick, PA 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far? Everything. I plan events for a living and it's SO FUN to plan for things that fit my and my FI's taste instead of the attendees at my work events! 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning? The huge guest list. But I've come to terms with it! 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number?Five BMs and yes, I'm happy with that number. 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? To practice meditating. I'm a crier, as is my friend who was recently married. She said she worked on meditating leading up to the wedding so she could 'remove' herself from the emotional situations and not bawl her eyes out all day long. I really need to do that too! 6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them?Cobalt blue and fuschia. The BM dresses are cobalt, as are the ribbons on our STDs and invites. We'll have cobalt marbles in the floating candle centerpieces, and cobalt votives on the tables. I'm also planning to use cobalt glass bottles with single stems on the escort card table. The fuschia will be in the flowers - gerbera daisies - bouquets, CPs, etc. 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc.Dress and maybe earrings! 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most?I think that all of our family members and friends will be gathered together to celebrate with us. He's very sentimental. :)9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without?Bouquet / garter toss. We have literally 2 single friends. I refuse to put them on the spot. I think we'll do the anniversary dance or nothing. 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? We are having family members' kids, and BP kids, but that's it. The equals 25 under 14. It is what it is. I am really close to all my cousins, so to not invite their kids never crossed my mind. Other peoples kids? Well, we already have a guest list approaching 400, so I just can't have any more.

Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc.  my dress but I also LOVE my shoes. 8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most?  that we're making it so personal... it's not going to be traditional.9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without?  I would love to skip walking down the aisle altogether.  And I would also like to skip the traditonal dances.  But we'll do all of that. 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision?  We are inviting about 30 kids and I hope every single one of them come!  We have 4 kids in the wedding.  I can't possibly imagine not having kids at my wedding.

Guess I seem to be the only b!tch that doesn't want kids, and isn't afraid to put it on the reception invites, or to spread the word through MOB and FMIL. Oh well - I suppose that's what makes the world go round!

Probably just doing it long distance, not really that hard, but I wish I had my mom and friends closer so they could help me out 4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Hmmm, I can't think of anything even though I'm sure there's something! 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision? No, we will have a few teens but no young kids....I feel very good about the decision! We don't have a lot of young kids in our family but for those that we do have, the parents are looking forward to a mini-vacation and not having to worry about keeping them occupied :)

Work has been cutting into my knotting time today!  Grr!  1. When and where is/was your wedding?July 5, 2008 - our ceremony was at St. Valentine Church and our reception was at the Circuit Center. 2. What was your favorite part of your wedding OR what is your favorite part of planning so far?My ceremony was my favorite part of the wedding day.  Seeing my DH and the end of the aisle was such a surreal feeling.  DIY elements were my favorite part or actual planning. 3. What was/ has been the hardest or most annoying part about planning?Uh, sometimes DIY were also the most annoying part!  ;)  But I enjoyed it, so I'll say finalizing and sticking to our guest list.  4. How many bridesmaids do you have? Are you happy with that number?I had 7 and I thought it was too many.  Haha!  But it was hard to cut anyone out, so we went with it.  :) 5. What's the best piece of wedding-related advice you've heard? Focus on planning your ceremony, don't sweat the small stuff and make sure to eat and enjoy your reception.  6. What are your colors? How did you incorporate them?We had a black and white wedding with pink and silver accents...incorporated um, everywhere!  BM dresses, flowers, centerpieces, table linens, invites/STDs, programs, cocktail napkins, reception signage...everywhere!  :) 7. What was/is your favorite part of your attire? Dress, shoes, veil, jewelry, etc.I loved my gown and my veil!  8. What did your DH like the most about your wedding day (besides getting married!) or what do you think your FI will like the most?Spending the rest of his life with me, of course!  ;)  He enjoyed the parts that he planned the most, I think...food, music, alcohol, honeymoon.  And seeing everything come together!9. What's one thing you did that you wished you hadn't bothered with or what's one traditional thing you plan to do without? We didn't toss a garter, NMS.  I'm glad we didn't bother with stuff for the kids to do at the wedding - coloring books, a room with a babysitter, etc...it all worked out. 10. Did you or do you plan to have kids at your wedding? How did you feel about your decision?Yep!  We both have big families and are close to them - I was so happy to be able to celebrate with our cousins and their kiddos too!
