I just sent a text to my H and accidentally typed, "The Eagle took Vick" I bet my H is confused as hell. Anyway, I bet some of Eagle players aren't too thrilled with this decision or maybe they are because Vick's a good player?

I am so dissapointed. My cousin and her husband are at the game and we're texting back and forth about how awful it is. Andy Reid has been denying for weeks that Vick was going to go to Philly. I don't know if that makes him a liar or if it makes the front office that underhanded. Guess we'll find out....

cew, I am an NC girl transplanted to Iowa. I'm from the Charlotte area - southwest of there - say, half of the way from CLT to Gaffney. I was born in Charlotte and went to college in the area. Lived in various parts of the south but predominately NC all of my life until last June. I taught school there and also worked for one of the banks. Are you the other NC gal heels was telling me about earlier?

beach, I agree that we need a backup. McNabb's not getting any younger and Kolb is absolutely worthless. But Vick is the best they can do? Philly has enough problems. I forsee this being another disaster on par with TO's second season.

Missy - that's quite a move from NC to Iowa. I'm in Winston Salem. Born and raised here with the exception of a brief stint in Wilmingto where I went to college. Not sure if I was the one she was talking about, but I doubt it. Nice to meet you! I was just in Charlotte last week. I love that city.

1. I HATE the dog fighting thing. And wont ever be able to get over that 2. Thinking football, all personal aside. Yes I am serious. no he has not played in 2 years, but he has been training with Dungy...if he is back to par...he could be a huge asset. Feely is worthless...Kolb is now hurt and was worthless. 3. I HATE TO....with a passion, however he was again a huge asset to the Eagles. I am a born and raised eagles fan, and I am being open minded about this. Just throwing my opinion out there.
