Head piece

So my fiance's aunt has generously offered to buy my veil and headpiece for my wedding, which is wonderful of her. I bought a cathedral length veil when I bought my dress (strapless, sweetheart neckline slight A-line in ivory covered in chantilly lace with light beading of pearls and crystals... no poof at all). I want to wear my hair 1/2 down for the wedding, loose and wavy. I originally wasn't planning on wearing a headpiece but she's completely insisting. Does anyone have any suggestions of something that would be elegant and classy? Tiara's are so not my thing! Thanks!

If you don't want a headpiece, don't get one! How about a fancy comb or brooch to place in your hair?Just tell her thanks, but no thanks! Besides, your wedding is a while away. You need to get used to telling people "no" for your wedding now. Trust me, you'll have to do it alot later!

I didn't want a headpiece either. When I went to pick up my dress and veil the lady at the bridal salon got basically a comb (the size of the comb on the veil) with some crystals on it and I loved it. Sorry I don't know what it's called. But it actually looked like it was just part of the veil.
