I am drawing such a blank in this area. I would like to do something other than coasters and bottle stoppers, but I dont know what!!!!  lol I need some inspiration  : )

    I was going to do a candy buffet, but since I'm planning from NC I didn't want to worry about about buying jars, scoops, bags, and candy.So, now we're doing chocolate palm trees. LOL..they're so cute. More than likely I'll get them from a company in FL. Pics and info in my bio. HTH!

    Latina, those chocolate palm trees are adorable! I am also doing chocolate. We found molds of the letter 'W' which will be the first initial of my new last name and are going to be making chocolate Ws and putting them in cellophane baggies and tying with a ribbon. I think it's cute because of our venue, too.
    TTC since May 2011 "Natural" BFP 1/2/2012 with cp 1/5/2012 5/2012: SA and CD 3 bloodwork perfect 6/2012: Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN 8/2012: HSG all clear. Clomid TI cycle canceled due to thin lining 9/2012: Lap and Hysteroscopy: mild endo, uterine fibroids and septum, and ovarian cyst all removed

    I am doing the same thing as Latina and Pinkshoes: Chocolates. My FMIL will be making them and we'll probably put them in little tins (PIB).

    We are doing cookie favors.  The cookie is a circle and the front of the circle has a picture of a wine bottle, grapes, and a wine glass and right above is our monogram.  Our wedding is going to have a wine theme to it, so I thought is was appropriate.  The cookie will be placed in a clear square container with a pink ribbon around it.  I was able to get each cookie with container and ribbon for $4 dollars each and I will be giving one per couple.  I am doing it with a company called e&m creations.  Cynthia is a doll.  she works a lot from her house, which is very convenient since she lives 2 minutes from me.  Hope this helps.

    Morgan thats an adorable idea! We're doing a candy bar and a photobooth. The photos printed out will have our monograms on them. Like CitytoShores.

    I am doing mini bottles of Argentine wine (I am from there) and a Cuban Cigar (FI is cuban) in a sheer organza bag. I am considering having a photobooth as well... but I have only 80 guests and I am afraid the room will look empty if I have one...

    we're doing chocolate hearts which my sister and I will be making from heart molds we bought at Michaels (we did them last year for our cousin's wedding). FI thinks we should give something in addition to the chocolates so we may do bottle stoppers, but we're waiting to see what our budget is like towards the end before making that decision.

    We're trying to in incoporiate both our cultures (Cuban and Vietnamese) so we are doing two different favors one will be a a small domino set and the other a takeout box filled with chocolate. I'm planning on decorating the ribbon and monogram sticker the same on both to tie it in.

    Morgan, I ordered them from Jess and sent payment in so I am just waiting patiently like a good girl :) I know she is super busy these days so she asks to allow 15-20 business days, so I'm hoping by the end of the month. I'll let you know when I get them, thanks!

    We're making a donation in my cousin's name to the juvenile diabetes foundation. We'll also have a candy bar.

    Candy buffet! I was totally inspired by these pix:http://tinyurl.com/oyemgmhttp://tinyurl.com/patdcaI have about 13 different jars (TJ Maxx has SO many for $5-10 each), and will be buying a 3-tiered platter. I have a ton of candy picked out, and will also have chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate dipped oreos, and chocolate dipped marshmallows! The table will have 3 cylinders (various heights) of calla lilies. I'm buying clear cello bags, and purchasing stickers on Etsy. Luckily there is a bulk candy store in WPB so I save on shipping costs.

    Why am I now, for the first time ever, considering a candy bar? Where did that come from?I think it was you Clovonnept... The idea of choc covered pretzels and stuff like that...I wonder how much it would cost to do a smallish candy bar....

    We aren't doing one favor per se..but we are having a cigar roller at the cocktail hour. I want to do either milk and cookies at the end or mini media noche sandwhiches.
