yup... i did it! I'm a 2 dress bride! I just wasn't happy with my original... I liked it but I didn't love it. I wanted that feeling, so yup.... I headed over to DB in Natick (they saved me!) and I am the proud owner of a GORGEOUS FLOWY BEACHY BEAUTIFUL WEDDING DRESS! If i had someone with me I would have taken pics.. but i had to do it on my own :)now onto selling my other one... GEEZZZ oh well! whatever makes us happy right?

    whoa! This is huge! I am glad you are happy now though. What was it about the original that got to you? But you are right, no use not feeling tiptop on your wedding day :) Do you have the link to the dress on the DB site?

    Awesome! You gotta do what makes you comfortable. As much as I love my dress, I'm thinking more and more it's just not for my body. Meh, we'll see. Agree with Evs - love Jeni's new pic! Agree with Meaghan - where can we see a picture of the new one?!?

    hahhaha i feel the same way, im lusting after another dress but mine was too much for me to even think of buying another! congratssss! its getting so close!! are you guys going to be apart the night before or do any traditional things?

    So long story short.... i got my original dress at the ROB last august... and yep i liked it... it was a size 16 now i had to make it more like a size 8... so for the past year ive been working with a seamstress to do so. but now i picked it up saturday and still i didnt get that WOW! I want that amazing feeling... i want my FI breathe to be taken away, I want to LOVE IT! I felt like i had settled... Like as if I was at Dairy Queen and I liked the flavor they had with chocolate and vanilla and i chose vanilla because it was close to what i liked, but my favorite was choc chip cookie dough.  So i told myself at lunch just go to DB and see what they have... find that dress!AND I DID!! I love my dress.... How in the heck do i post a pic... i'm clearly computer illiterate... and have no clue!But oh boy do i FRIGIN LOVE MY DRESS!! YAY!! So they are hemming it right now and i  pick it up in 1 week... just in the knick of time. I can't wait to show everyone... no one has seen it. I went alone and bought it... but i know its the one!Thanks girls for the support..... I know a while back I had mentioned this and the support is amazing on the board!! Thanks Girls!

    Wow, exciting! I had an original ROB dress and then 6 months later I changed my mind too. It was big and with the alterations, it wasn't right. So I understand! It all works out!

    Hi Sarah, Congrats of finding the WOW dress. I'm still 11-months away, but everyone keeps pressuring me to find the dress (I've only been out a million times) but no dress has wow'd me yet. I don't want to rush into something I'm not in love with because like you I wan the Wow.. I want the Fi to be wow'd... So congrats to you. Hopefully you can sell the other dress, but if you can't I still think you made the right decision!!! You would always have regret not getting the DB dress when you looked at your pics. Jen - That is a really cute dress and pic. My Mom loved the vases you sold me. She was so excited when I dropped all of them off at her house. Sarah- I've seen your post and I just need to say that your engagement pic in yoru siggy is adorable. I absolutely love it! OK - that's all I have for now! Have a great day!
